Collectly is a fast growing YC-backed healthcare tech startup. We work with hundreds of medical practices across the US to accelerate and increase patient cash flow, streamline post-service billing operations, and provide the best patient experience that works for all demographics. We are seeking a qualified sales leader to help us grow from a Pre-Series A company to Series C. This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground floor with maximum potential for career growth and the ability to make an immediate impact to drive bottom line revenue. Our ideal candidate has experience leading a sales team to exponential revenue growth.


As an VP of Sales with Collectly, you will:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan and strategy to expand our customer reach

  • Oversee the sales team to ensure quotas are met

  • Grow to over $20 million ARR

  • Recruit new members of the sales team

  • Train and monitor new and existing hires

  • Review pipeline and identify new opportunities

  • Help create new sales decks and materials for the team

  • Manage month end close processes

  • Monitor the competitor market

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

  • 3+ years in sales leadership, preferably in a high growth/ early stage startup

  • Proven track record of success in sales

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • In depth knowledge of sales strategies as well as employee motivation techniques
