Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC (RMF) is excited to be expanding our Consumer Direct Sales Channel nationally and seeking a Reverse Mortgage Sales Trainee. The ideal candidate for this incredible opportunity is dynamic, motivated, energetic, and goal oriented. If you enjoy working with successful people and possess excellent client service/sales skills, then come join our Inside Sales Team. RMF offers competitive base pay/commission, outstanding benefits and we will pay for licensing and training. The opportunity to move into our Distributed Retail Sales Channel in select markets will be offered upon successful completion of the training phase.
The following markets will be prioritized for our Training Class Starting on April 25, 2022:
- California (Santa Maria, Thousand Oaks and Ventura)
- Florida (Fort Myers and Naples)
- Nevada (Las Vegas and Reno)
- Oregon (Portland, Eugene and Bend)
- Massachusetts (Boston)
- New Mexico (Albuquerque and Las Cruces)
- Tennessee (Memphis and Nashville)

Have the potential to earn a six-figure income.
Work pre-screened leads developed by the Company, call on prospective clients and introduce them to RMF, reverse mortgage products, and qualify them for counseling and an application.
Access industry leading training and on-going coaching / development / support.
Present reverse mortgage opportunities to future clients over the phone. This includes educating clients on the product and the process and following up with clients on any loan level issues.
Partner with internal operations to consistently produce clean files.
