About this Role

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team!

In this role, you will be initially reporting to the HR Business Partner Lead. The Recruiter is responsible for the entire (full-cycle) experience of a candidate from the second a candidate is engaged, up to the time the candidate is onboarded as an employee.

The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing and self-motivating personality, who will create and provide great candidate experience. The Recruiter should have excellent relationship & communication skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates, stakeholder management skills to coordinate recruiting activity with hiring managers, and top-notch organization skills to maintain the ATS flows. Additionally, as they will be recruiting for WorkDAO’s global needs, having a multi-national experience is desired.


  • Ensure WorkDAO attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline
  • Map the end to end candidate experience in partnership with the HRBP Lead
  • Provide outstanding candidate experience by being on top of every stage of the hiring process, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • Conduct effective and engaging interviews
  • Collaborate closely with the HRBP Lead and relevant stakeholders to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
  • Maintain end-to-end communication with potential talents and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative reports and metrics on recruitment activities as basis for talent forecast, measurement and evaluation
  • Capitalize on ATS candidate flows to ensure prospective talent have an awesome experience that includes a communicative approach to the candidate life-cycle flow, and to ensure our recruiting analytics are insightful
  • Ensure consistent documentation in support of workflow, process, and recruitment policies
  • Oversee internal and external communication, making sure that WorkDAO maintains a positive reputation as an employer


  • Must be able to work east coast USA business hours (EST/GMT-4)
  • 4+ years as an in-house Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
  • Must be highly results and data driven; recruiting KPI’s are of critical importance to us as we scale. Our recruiting ethos is not scattershot but laser-focused; Insightful qualitative and quantitate data is leveraged to inform business decisions and drive recruiting success.
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (screening interviews, reference checks, etc.)
  • Track record of prioritizing, defining, developing, and rolling out scalable hiring solutions that address the needs of the business
  • Demonstrated success in engaging and hiring sourced candidates
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
  • Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Understanding of best HR hiring practices
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
