R&D Associate Researcher

Conducts procedural work in the lab, while developing insights and core R&D skills. Role may be category-specific, depending on project needs, and could include technical projects related to those categories. Responsible for developing core R&D skills and familiarity with P&G systems, and executing hands-on Flavors & Fragrances lab work (smelling, compounding, formulation).


Qualifications

Scientific curiosity, ability to follow detailed instructions (like recipes), attention to detail. Desire to learn from subject experts and to share personal observations with them in order to improve existing testing methodologies.
