The Order Processor receives and manages all incoming paperwork for cabinet orders to meet builder estimated schedule dates. This position works closely with company field installation teams and other internal departments to ensure that the clients’ orders are completed in a time sensitive manner with a high degree of accuracy.


PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively monitors builder websites and email from builders to initiate the order entry process including a detailed review for order elements associated with cabinets.
  • Creates accurate and timely completion of electronic order files that can be properly shared with other functional areas
  • Prepares all necessary work orders, layouts and measurement packs that will be sent to the field installation teams.
  • Accurate review and entry of all order details (material, billing, labor, delivery, options, etc) in company order processing systems such that orders are placed with 100% accuracy
  • Confirms accurate purchase order pricing based on contract.
  • Coordinates with field installation teams on any adjustments to orders required and enters changes in the systems accurately and on time to ensure proper purchasing
  • Communicate with builder if any information is missing or inaccurate to place order and manage and process any change orders required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
