Job Description – Logistics Coordinator

Title: ​ Logistics Coordinator

Reports To: ​ Principal

Summary: ​ HDG Logistics Coordinator oversees all aspects of the order execution process.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate transportation providers (domestic and international)
  • Track and fix shipping errors
  • Review and approve purchase orders and shipping documents
  • Create Sales Orders per client needs
  • Monitor/manage shipping costs vs budget
  • Ensure order execution stays on schedule
  • Respond to client inquiries
  • Enter and Maintain client/project data in company CRM
  • Send email templates to clients
  • Complete defined tasks as needed
  • Update/maintain internal company resources
  • Act as liaison between HDG Sales Team and HDG partners/vendors


  • Strong computer skills
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • Able to work remotely (reliable computer/internet)
  • Experience working with Google Sheets and navigating Google Drive
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management software
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Own reliable vehicle

Work Schedule, Hours, Salary Range:

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (flexible)
