This Spring Trainee position is from January through May 26th and all candidates must be able to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday on a hybrid schedule in our Culver City office.
IT Production Services is accountable for providing technology services and solutions to support the full physical production lifecycle, from pre-production through post.
The ITPS Trainee will be expected to perform a variety of tasks associated with IT hardware deployment, logistics, and break/fix. Daily tasks regularly include, but are not limited to:
Computer-related hardware deliveries and pick-ups, installations, and relocations
Assisting with order preparation
Checking in, testing, backing up, repairing, and cleaning returned hardware
Partnering with Field Technicians to visit users, assess hardware/software issues and perform technical support by attempting to resolve issues and requests
On-site presence is required 5 days per week.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Performs with impeccable attention to detail
Works well in a team environment
Ability to lift and transport standard computer equipment including printers up to about 50lbs
Operate department vehicles including golf carts and Prius
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and OneDrive
ServiceNow experience is a plus
