Job description

Our business, a well established company that has been in business for over 137 years is searching to fill an immediate opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant. The Executive Administrative Assistant supports Manager and company by providing information and resources to allow for efficient and competent operations. This role provides a high-level of administrative support including office administration, event coordination, document preparation and management, a resource for branch locations and manages organizational projects.


Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment. Strong administrative assistant skills including Microsoft Office, computer software, internal document management, and effective organizational skills are required.

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle a high volume of confidential information is required.
Must provide excellent customer service, public relations, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.
Self-directed and demonstrated in practical problem-solving skills and superior organizational skills.
Function with a high level of proficiency in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment independently, in a team with all levels of staff.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting Manager and Corporate HQ in the successful implementation of administrative, operational functions:


Screen incoming calls and transfer to appropriate staff members.
Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the branch locations and internal departments.
Answer internal and external inquiries regarding processes, procedures, and provide information requiring general knowledge of company operations.


Support event planning responsibilities, as needed to ensure smooth flow of agenda by ordering supplies, researching venue information, getting all food order requests, placing and distributing food accordingly and essential post-event responsibilities.

This job mainly operates in an office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Other tasks required to assist the Managers. Please note duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
