Digital Marketing Specialist Role:

As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a highly self-motivated, resourceful individual to manage and increase the revenue of our paid social channels including Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate for this role is data-driven with a solid history of executing tests in these channels, analyzing results, and tracking winning strategies. You will be responsible for managing a large advertising budget with the goal of acquiring customers at a target ROAS and continue to scale spend in profitable areas.

This role will also be responsible for managing external digital agencies to execute evolving marketing initiatives and spearhead optimization strategies for maximum efficiency. You will work closely with the marketing department and provide support in other digital channels as needed. In the current environment, this role is remote and can be performed while working from home.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own performance and success of Facebook Ad channel
  • Work with creative and utilize best practices to develop impactful direct response campaigns that adhere to brand
  • Develop advanced audience segmentation and test targeting methods for prospecting and retargeting campaigns
  • Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities to drive down cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and cost-per-click (CPC)
  • Monitor spend pacing to track and make budget adjustments daily
  • Work with creative for ongoing creative refresh to avoid ad fatigue
  • Stay current on latest social media practices and tools and make business cases for implementation or testing where appropriate
  • Manage external agencies on execution of digital marketing campaigns and own the performance and success of these channels
  • Provide additional support in areas of need within the Digital Marketing department
  • Analyze performance data and develop reports on a weekly and monthly basis

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years executing paid social campaigns
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • Experience managing substantial advertising budgets
  • Can bring actionable insights to the team with new ideas
  • Keen eye for brand aesthetics and a creative go-getter
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, with high level of detail-orientation
  • Demonstrated track record of executing projects successfully and on schedule
  • Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years managing organic social or influencer channel
  • Interest in biotech, science, and pregnancy-related fields
  • Experience in related space (baby or mom-focused products) or science field
