We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing/Sales Assistant to join our growing Fortune 500 Company (Technology/Telecom) located in New York City (Manhattan) on 48th St. & 8th Ave. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside seasoned professional, in a friendly atmosphere, with room for growth!

  • Position: Entry Level (Marketing) Sales Assistant
  • Location: Manhattan, NYC (48th St. & 8th Ave.)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday **with some flexibility to work remotely.
  • Salary: $40,000+

Job Overview:

  • The Sales Assistant is a strategic partner to Sales managers and support.
  • This position will monitor high priority digital campaigns to ensure the campaign elements are received and executed as intended.
  • This individual will ensure accuracy and communicate with the ad operations and resolve any concerns around campaign implementation.
  • This individual will have a passion for marketing and advertising sales and will be closely aligned with other sales team members and cross functional groups.
  • This position requires strong communication, organization and attention to detail, in a fast paced sales environment.

Major Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Input advanced advertising campaigns into our various internal systems, while ensuring order accuracy, creative implementation and billing accuracy.
  • Manage and input campaign creative and 3rd party ad tags in a timely manner.
  • Assist with escalation of digital concerns around campaign delivery, optimizations and troubleshooting campaign issues quickly.
  • Assist in order management tracking to communicate campaign status of ordered and live campaigns to the sales team regularly.
  • Work with Sales Managers to understand client marketing objectives.
  • Understand best practices surrounding multi-screen campaigns and maximize inventory usage to ensure proposal delivery
  • Create effective data driven multi-screen advertising schedules for all clients.
  • Utilize Set Top Box data and other research metrics to make proposal recommendations.
  • Partner with Marketing and Research functions to pull information together to create a solution that achieves all client needs.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
