Our legal services extend from low-cost residency and citizenship services to pro-bono representation for families and children in detention, with service offerings for Residency & Citizenship Services, Asylum Seekers, Removal Defense, DACA, Legal Representation for Family and Children, and more.

Temporarily “Work-From-Home” Due to COVID-19. We are searching for someone who can currently perform this position working-from-home, but must live in the designated location or in the states of Texas, California or New York. This position will be temporarily working from home with plans to return to the assigned worksite- Dallas, TX when we reinstate normal operations. The specific logistics will be determined at a future date. All interviews are virtual. Salary is commensurate with experience.

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for receiving, validating, and updating data in multiple databases and other related clerical duties.


  • Enters sensitive information into multiple databases;
  • Transfers data from paper/electronic formats into computer files or database systems;
  • Creates spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistake;
  • Verifies data by comparing it to source documents;
  • Updates existing data in a timely manner;
  • Retrieves data from the database or electronic files as requested;
  • Scans, files, and organizes documents, as needed;
  • Produces and collates photocopies, as needed;
  • Assists in sending mail correspondence;
  • Assumes general administrative responsibilities, including data entry, grant compliance, timekeeping, case management, and other tasks related to program compliance; and
  • Be accountable for the overall maintenance and organization of important and confidential client information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of data entry experience or related office experience;
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; and,
  • Bilingual or multilingual preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years equivalent work experience, preferred;
  • Proficient in use of technology including MS Office, Google Apps, general office equipment, and internet research.
