Pay Range: $48,000 - 55,000 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Are you a natural born development leader? At NFM our Appliance Install Supervisor will supervise activities of team members engaged in appliance installation and service of major appliances in customer homes. You will also have the opportunity to act as a coordinator between sales, subcontractors and on-going projects to best meet our customers’ needs.

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
  • Technical, trade or business school certificate in related area required
  • 2 years experience in appliance service and repair, including plumbing, soldering, and basic electrical wiring required
  • 2 years of supervisory or management experience preferred
  • 2 years customer contact experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • Must meet and/or comply with applicable standards set forth in Federal Motor Carrier Safety Act
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Missouri residents must have Class E driver’s license
  • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
  • Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, drug screen and criminal background check
