Job description

MISTRAS Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Payroll Clerk for an 18-week project at our Alvin, TX.

  • Perform general administrative/data entry/payroll duties.
  • Must be Proficient in Adobe Professional & Microsoft Office suite products, including Word & Excel.
  • Strong customer focus, both internal and external
  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong Planning, Prioritization and Organization Skills

  • Be able to follow directions
  • Create Inspection Packages for API’s & Level II UTT Techs
  • Update Inspection Status Spreadsheet
  • Scan and Organize Inspection Field Reports and Drawings.
  • Enter MISTRAS employee payroll information and vacation time and provide reports.
  • Experience in viewing vendor drawings/inspection drawings a plus


This position will work a 4x10 schedule. Local candidates only. No per diem/travel/mileage.

TWIC card is required.

Pay range is between $20 - $26 depending on experience.
